Yes. A consultation is required before any professional extension installation so we can evaluate your natural hair and prepare the correct hair for you.

How much is the consultation?

The consultation fee is $75.

Does the consultation fee go toward my extension appointment?

Accepted Answer

The $75 consultation fee is charged separately at the time of your consultation. If you go on to book an extension service with Gaby Hair Extensions, the consultation fee is applied toward your service balance. If you do not book a service, the fee is non-refundable.

When will my extension appointment be scheduled?

Extension appointments are normally scheduled approximately one week after the consultation so we can prepare the correct hair and supplies.

Can I bring my own hair?

Yes, but client-supplied hair is used at the client's own risk and is not covered by our hair guarantee.

What happens if I don't like my extensions?

If Gaby Hair Extensions supplied the hair and the concern relates to our installation or styling, contact us within 10 business days so we can evaluate and correct the issue under our guarantee policy.
